Cows Fight Back After Being Harassed by Tourists

Group of Cows Attack Tourists Harassing Them

A group of cows in Shanxi, China turned aggressive and fight back after being harassed by tourists who were bothering them.

Even animals have limits and that was proven true in Shanxi, China, after a group of cows turned aggressive toward tourists who were bothering them. The incident happened on July 16 and has since gained attention on social media. The videos show the cows chasing and attacking several people.

According to reports, the tourists were said to have fed the cows with beef jerky, which is both inappropriate and disrespectful. To make matters worse, some of them poked the animals with trekking poles, causing stress and irritation.

Not long after, the cows fought back. In the videos, a group of cows can be seen charging toward the tourists. Some individuals ended up with bruises, while others suffered more serious injuries, including bone fractures.

Local authorities are now investigating the situation, especially since similar cases have been reported in the area. While cows are generally calm and gentle, they can become aggressive if they feel threatened or mistreated.

Officials reminded the public that animals should be treated with respect and care. Under China’s tourism rules, those found guilty of being unruly or disrespectful, often labeled as “uncivil tourists”, can face fines.

It also emphasizes the importance of behaving properly when visiting nature spots or tourist areas where animals roam freely.
