For her first vlog, actress Yen Santos shares something about her past relationship and how it affected her.
One of the most controversial personalities in the Philippine show business industry is actress Yen Santos. From rumored affairs to politicians to personal relationships, issues and controversies just won’t simply leave her.
In a previous article, Yen spoke about the alleged child with Chavit Singson. She denied having a child with the wealthy political figure and revealed that the alleged baby boy was actually her brother, who is now 11 years old.
In the same vlog that she recently published with the title “Questions I Am Desperate To Answer,” she also spoke about her past relationship. She broke her silence and shared what she had learned from that relationship.
According to her, she is happy to be out of that relationship. Despite not mentioning any names, it is public’s knowledge that her last known relationship was with actor Paolo Contis, who first confirmed their relationship back in 2023.
“Napakalaking blessing na natapos na yun. Malaking blessing na nagising na ako sa nightmare na yun and I walked away kasi hindi talaga worth it,” she shared. It wasn’t accordingly worth it to spend more time and energy on someone who was controlling her. It drained her, and worse, she lost herself in the process.
Walking away was one of the best decisions she made. She was freed from the person who was different from the first time she met him. She was blinded at first and was remorseful when she realized she had hurt people during her relationship with her ex-boyfriend.
“Para po doon sa mga taong nasaktan ko nung mga panahon na yun, I am so sorry. Wala po akong excuse dun. Mali po talaga ako. Nagkamali ako,” she said based on the video.
