EULA VALDES – Veteran actress Eula Valdes has proven her strength and discipline once again, completing a grueling 1-mile swim as part of the Philippine Air Force’s Search and Rescue Auxiliary Training.

Eula Valdes has once again proven that strength and determination know no age. At 55, she proudly completed the Philippine Air Force’s (PAF) Search and Rescue Auxiliary Training (SARAT), marking another milestone in her journey as a military reservist.

One of the highlights of her recent training was successfully completing a one-mile swim—an intense physical challenge that demanded both endurance and mental fortitude.

Eula shared glimpses of this achievement on Instagram, proudly captioning her post, “Mission accomplished, 1 Mile Swim. SAMBISIG CLASS 2025. Search and Rescue Auxiliary Training. Thank you, 505th Search and Rescue Group.”

The actress is part of the SAMBISIG CLASS 2025, a group of trainees who underwent rigorous physical and mental training exercises since June. In her posts, Eula showed her discipline through strength drills and swimming preparations, emphasizing the intense preparation involved in becoming a certified member of the PAF’s search and rescue team.

This isn’t Eula’s first step into military life. In June 2023, she also graduated from the Basic Citizen Military Training (BCMT), the entry-level course for those aspiring to become military reservists under the Air Force Reserve Command. Her continued involvement in these programs reflects her deep commitment to public service and national readiness.

Despite her demanding schedule as a reservist, Eula remains active in showbiz. She currently stars in the TV5 drama series “Totoy Bato,” showcasing her ability to juggle her passion for acting and her dedication to serving the country.
