Anne Curtis talked about her new TV series
Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis admitted that she was nervous about the Pinoy adaptation of It’s Okay To Not Be Okay.
Anne is the lead star of the Pinoy adaptation of the hit Korean series. After almost a year of filming, fans’ excitement hyped up as it is set to premiere.
The series also features Joshua Garcia, Carlo, Aquino, Agot Isidro, Bobot Mortiz, Xyriel Manabat, Rio Locsin, Enchong Dee, and Francis Magundayao. A media conference was recently held, based on the article in ABS-CBN, and Anne shared her thoughts on accepting this project.

The It’s Showtime host said that she did not immediately say “yes” to doing the series. It was because she was nervous about it. “To be honest, it took me a while to say yes to this project. As much as we were so excited to do it, I was also so nervous,” the actress-host shared.
She said that it had been a long time since her last acting project, and there were a lot of jitters, especially during their first day of taping.
Anne was thankful that she received amazing support from her co-stars. She was also guided by their director Mae Cruz-Alviar. The actress also revealed that even during the press conference, she was obviously nervous.
On the other hand, Anne said that she really learned from the story that it’s okay to not be okay.
Meanwhile, Carlo Aquino shared that he had a three-day immersion at a special school in Banawe for his role as Matmat, a high-functioning individual on the autism spectrum.

He was with Joshua Garcia, who observed people under their spectrum. After that, Carlo had a workshop with Ms. Anna Fileo. With the help of Direk Mae, they conceptualize the character’s movement.
Joshua played the character of Patrick. After watching the trailer, the actor said that he was smiling the whole time, it was because he was too happy seeing the fruit of their hard work.
Anne Curtis said that after almost a year, when the play button was hit, there was nervousness, but most importantly, the excitement was there.
