Paul Salas had a viral moment during a performance in Palawan
Kapuso actor Paul Salas went viral for his performance at an event in Palawan because of what happened to a woman who took a photo with him.
Paul started his career in the entertainment industry at a young age. He was part of the Kapuso talent search StarStruck Kids in 2004. However, in 2008, he transferred to the Kapamilya network. He did several projects in ABS-CBN for nine years.
Paul decided to return to GMA in 2018, and he signed a contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center. One of his most recent TV series was Shining Inheritance with Kyline Alcantara, Kate Valdez, Michael Sager, and Coney Reyes.
Just like many Kapuso and Kapamilya artists, Paul Salas also does out-of-town guestings, just like his recent gig in Palawan. The actor graced the 76th Founding Anniversary of Brooke’s Point in Palawan last June 28.
Based on the video that circulated online, the venue was filled with people who wanted to watch the show. Paul had a song performance, and while he was singing, a woman approached him for a photo.
The actor generously posed for a photo, and he even put his arm around the woman’s shoulder. It was obvious that the woman felt the “kilig” but that feeling immediately changed.
After the photo op, Paul continued walking and saw a vacant chair. He grabbed the chair, not knowing that it belonged to the woman who had asked for a photo with him.
As the actor grabbed the chair and continued walking, the woman expected that her chair would still be there and she sat. The next thing that happened was that she fell on the floor.
Paul Salas continued performing, apparently without any idea that a woman stumbled at the back because he took the chair. The woman in the photo, Shamel Ledesma Aguirre, shared the video on her Facebook page, which has reached 119 thousand views as of this writing.
