FPJ’s Batang Quiapo is grateful following the high television ratings and online viewership recorded by the series.

The leading action-packed series in primetime is FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, starring ABS-CBN actor Coco Martin. This was launched over two years ago, and each season is gripping with stories that include several characters with entangled stories.

Recently, in a post, the series thanked the viewers for their support, reflecting on the figures in television ratings and online viewership. They continue to hold on to the program’s action-packed encounters.

In the recent week, the series logged an average of 20.4% in total Philippine household TV ratings, both urban and rural, from June 23 to 26. This is higher compared to the 16.0% figure of its competitor, according to data from Kantar Media.

On June 23, it had 20.2% while the competitor got 17.1%. This went on in 2024 when McCoy De Leon’s villain character died. The national TV rating registered 21.3% while the competitor got 16.2%. This was maintained until 25 at 19.2%, which was higher compared to its competitor, which got 15.4%, and on 26, it logged 20.7% versus 15.4% of the competitor.

In terms of online viewership, it reached more than half a million or over 600,000 daily peak concurrent viewers on Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube from January 23 to January 26.

Meanwhile, in the series, De Leon, who played the iconic David Dimaguiba, sustained a minor knife cut on his waist while shooting one of the final scenes he needed to do for the series.
