Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, Carlo Aquino In “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” Official Trailer

The official trailer of the “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” PH adaptation starring Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, and Carlo Aquino has finally been released.

“It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” Philippine adaptation will soon air on various platforms. The cast of the series includes Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, and Carlo Aquino. They are going to play the three leads of the South Korean series.

“When they first offered to me, it was an instant yes because I so love the original and I couldn’t let it pass,” said Anne about the “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” offer.

Previously, a poster for the series was released, and the Philippine adaptation will be launched on July 18. According to Netflix, the story is about “an author with severe antisocial tendencies learns to confront her deep emotional wounds when she meets a stranger who challenges her cold façade.”

Recently, the full trailer was released, and it showed some scenes from the original one but with Filipino touches. In the original, the female lead was known for her fashion, and in a previous article, Anne vowed to give justice to the role and also promised to meet the wardrobe requirements of her character in the adaptation.

The trailer talked about love and healing. It also showed the beauty of the places they have been to shoot the scenes. To recall, they went to different parts of the country, particularly in the Visayas.

The viewers gushed about how promising Aquino is in doing his role, while many are also thrilled to see what Anne and Joshua’s tandem could offer.

In the series, Curtis plays Emilia ‘Mia’ Hernandez, while Garcia plays Patrick ‘Patpat’ Gonzales, and Aquino as his brother Matthew or ‘Matmat.’ The series marks Curtis’ teleserye comeback. Her last teleserye was 2014’s “Dyesebel,” and in 2016, she also appeared in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.”
