Netizens online criticized a post that seemed to disrespect award-winning broadcaster Kara David.
A post from a Pinoy Big Brother fan against GMA Broadcaster Kara David went viral, and several netizens have these reactions.
Among the highly respected personalities in the broadcasting field is Kara David. She has won several awards for her works, and previously, was vocal in supporting Shuvee Etrata in PBB Celebrity Edition Collab. She was affected when she was evicted along with her duo at that time, which was Klarisse De Guzman.

The journalist even became emotional when they met personally and quipped that she had been voting for them every day, but it appeared her budget wasn’t enough.
She said, “Every day bumboto ako sa’yo. Sorry kunti lang yung nagastos ko. Kulang pala yung budget ko.”
Following this encounter, a PBB fan who supports other housemates shared his thoughts online, and it immediately earned attention online. A lot of netizens reacted, and they seemed to could not bear the disrespect in the post to the award-winning journalist.
The post noted that it did not like the way David made the insinuation, and did not fact-check. It also seemed to throw shade, claiming that Shuvee’s “manliligaw” is the broadcaster’s nephew.

One X user shared, “nakakaloka pati si kara david inaway na ng mga pbb fans jusko the secondhand embarrassment!”
According to the commenters, the other PBB fans dragged other celebrities as well, not just David. They were just amused as to how far some fans would go to just to make the other housemates look bad to lift the ones they are supporting to stand out.
