Rendon Labador Removed as Fitness Coach by PNP-PCADG
PNP- Police Community Affairs and Development Group has removed Rendon Labador as their fitness coach.
The social media personality Rendon Labador is no longer connected with the Philippine National Police – Police Community Affairs and Development Group (PNP-PCADG). It was confirmed by PNP spokesperson Brigadier General Jean Fajardo.
According to PCADG Director Brigadier General Marvin Joe Saro, there was a misunderstanding regarding the terms of engagement with Labador. He was not officially hired to lead the entire fitness program for the police force, as some people thought.

Labador’s involvement was only part of an internal weight loss motivation program known as the “93-day weight loss program.” The PNP clarified that this was meant to encourage police personnel to stay fit and healthy, and Labador was not contracted for a bigger role.
Although the PNP did not directly confirm if public backlash influenced the decision, they assured that they remain committed to promoting health and fitness among police officers. The leadership also said they are open to suggestions on how to improve these efforts.
Recently, the PNP relaunched its physical fitness program called “Pulisteniks.” It is part of their response to the directive of PNP Chief General Nicolas Torre III, who wants every police officer to stay in good shape.
According to him, being physically fit helps officers perform their duties better and serve the public more effectively.
The PNP continues to encourage all its members to take part in wellness programs, not just to look healthy, but to ensure they are always ready for the demands of police work.
