Barbie Forteza shared her thoughts about vanity
Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza had this answer when asked in a recent interview if she is vain.
Barbie has come a long way since her child star days. Eventually, she became a serious actress and is now one of the most prominent Kapuso actresses of her generation.
Among her most recent acting projects was the hit Kapuso historical series Pulang Araw. She is currently in an onscreen partnership with David Licauco. Their loveteam is called BarDa.

Just recently, Barbie Forteza was featured in the vlog interview of entertainment reporter Dolly Anne Carvajal. One of the topics they talked about was vanity.
The actress said that being vain is not just applicable to women. She said that vanity is also men’s “favorite sin.” Barbie shared that for her, this is just a part of her job.
“Siguro po dahil lang parte siya ng trabaho ko pero hindi naman to the point na ‘pag lumalabas po kasi ako, kunyari errand, hindi po ako halos nagme-makeup,” the actress shared.
Barbie also shared that when she goes out for errands, she wears simple outfits like a shirt and pants. When asked if she was among those people who would look at herself when she passed by a mirror.
“Actually, may something po sa akin na kapag normal na araw, hindi ko alam if it’s psychological, ayokong tumingin sa salamin,” the actress revealed. Barbie stressed that since she would always be under the spotlight, in front of the mirror or the camera, she did not want to do this during her personal time.
Meanwhile, Barbie Forteza is currently promoting her new series titled Beauty Empire with her fellow Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez. This project is a collaboration between online streaming platform Viu, CreaZion Studios, and GMA Network.
