Alleged Bugaw Stabbed by Customer Using Scissors at Bacolod South Terminal
An alleged bugaw or pimp suffered an injury after being stabbed by a customer at Bacolod South Terminal.
On June 22, 2025 (Sunday), a man is still recovering in the hospital after being stabbed in front of the Bacolod Ceres South Terminal in Barangay 31, Bacolod City. The victim, whose name was not released, is said to be an alleged pimp.
According to Police Captain Rosalino Pugoy of Bacolod Police Station 6, the stabbing happened around 5:30 in the afternoon. Witnesses said the victim approached the suspect to collect payment, but the suspect got angry.

After a few moments, the suspect pulled out a pair of scissors and stabbed the victim. The victim was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery. He remains under medical care.
Meanwhile, the suspect was released from the detention facility after the allowable detention period ended. No case was filed due to lack of documents and the victim’s live-in partner reportedly did not want to pursue the matter.
Based on the information gathered, the incident started when a customer checked into a lodging house across from the terminal and asked for the company of a woman. The victim and another person checked in as well and helped arrange the woman’s visit.
The customer then sent money through an e-wallet as payment.
