However, this year, she became part of the cast of the new Kapuso series Beauty Empire, which will stream first on Viu and will be shown on GMA Prime on July 7, 2025.

They will go against Noreen Alfonso, Barbie Froteza’s character, who had a humble beginning as a beauty entrepreneur and would bring down the rival beauty empire.
As a beauty queen, Ruffa Gutierrez was asked about her thoughts on the beauty industry, which is the main theme of the series.
“Lahat tayo gustong magpaganda, pero hindi lang sa panlabas na anyo. Dapat panloob din, di ba? Para sa akin, yun ang pinakamaganda, na beauty is power and beauty is whatever you want it to be. So it really depends on you,” the actress said.
