“Actually, I was worried about that. Ayoko siyempreng i-associate ng mga tao sa kanya, ‘di ba?” Kylie said, referring to Mariel. She was quick to clarify that the storylines portrayed in the series don’t reflect their relationship in real life, which remains healthy and supportive.
Kylie emphasized that she has built a close and trusting bond with her stepmom. “Sumbungan ko siya. Sa kanya ‘ko nagsusumbong when I have a problem. Kasi, ayokong magdagdagan ‘yung problem ng dad ko, so kay tita Mariel na ‘ko dumidiresto. Almost everything na kailangan ko ng tulong, I ask her,” she said.
