Sam Milby Undergoes Innovative Treatment to Reverse Diabetes
SAM MILBY – Actor Sam Milby revealed that he’s partnering with Villa Medica Philippines for a specialized diabetes treatment program.
Sam Milby is embracing a proactive approach in managing his health as he begins a new treatment journey to address his Type 2 diabetes. On June 19, 2025, the actor took to Instagram to announce that he has started stem cell therapy aimed at improving his condition.
“First time to try stem cell therapy to help improve my type 2 diabetes,” he wrote.
“Excited to share with you guys my journey. Thanks Villa Medica!”

The following day, Villa Medica Philippines released a video showcasing Sam’s initial session under their exclusive Reverse Diabetes Program. The caption read: “Actor Sam Milby chooses Stem Cell Therapy at VILLA MEDICA Philippines to reverse his diabetes — safely and scientifically.”
As detailed by the clinic, Sam’s treatment plan involves Pancreas-Specific Stem Cell Therapy using high-potency vials imported from Germany. This therapy is designed to regenerate damaged pancreatic cells, restore the body’s insulin production, and revive natural blood sugar regulation functions.
In addition to stem cell therapy, the program includes a wide array of holistic treatments such as pancreatic peptides and growth factors, placenta therapy, colon detoxification, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, as well as tailored nutrition and supplementation. Each patient receives a comprehensive medical consultation to ensure a customized and effective treatment plan.
In the video, Sam opens up about his struggle: “I’m going to, for my first time, do the stem cell for the reverse diabetes program. I’ve been diagnosed for two years now, and sadly this year has been a bit rough for me. Parang lumalala habang tumatagal. So, I’m so thankful for Villa Medica for partnering with me on this. I’m excited to share with you guys my results after a few months.”
A physician in the clip explains the science behind the treatment: “We’re going to give you stem cells so that we can repair your body caused by the diabetes that you have. Also, we’re going to give you some growth factors for your pancreas so that it can efficiently produce insulin for you.”
Footage also shows Sam receiving various therapies, highlighting the comprehensive and science-based approach he’s taking. Sam first publicly revealed his diagnosis with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in June 2024.
