Cops Arrest Land Grabber After Seizing Farmers’ Lands in Bulacan
The police authorities arrest a land grabber after seizing farmers’ lands in Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan.
Recently, Erwin Tulfo shared photos of a man accused of grabbing farmlands from over a hundred farmers in Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
The suspect, identified as JJ Javier, was caught in Parañaque on Friday afternoon (|June 13, 2025) by the Philippine National Police Highway Patrol Group.
The arrest came after reports surfaced that Javier forcibly took control of lands that had long been cultivated by several farmers.
Tulfo is calling attention to the abuses committed against local farmers.
Police officers arrested Javier not only for the land grabbing allegations but also for several other violations. These include resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, giving false information, operating a vehicle without a license plate, and illegal possession of a firearm.
The authorities confirmed that Javier had an outstanding warrant for robbery extortion issued in 2024.
Investigators are now looking into additional complaints against Javier, including possible involvement in large-scale estafa and investment scams. The Philippine National Police has promised to pursue these cases to hold him fully accountable.
As of this writing, the suspect remains in police custody while further legal action is being prepared.
