Andi Eigenmann Calls Out Vlogger Using Ellie For Clout

This is what Andi Eigenmann said regarding the issue involving her daughter, Ellie.

Regarding the issue where Ellie was featured in a video without her consent, Andi Eigenmann called out the vlogger, and here’s what she said.

Humans are wired to protect their offspring. This is a biological instinct, but more than the science behind that explains why a parent is protective of his or her children, it comes from a place called love. Recently, actor Jake Ejercito expressed his anger online after discovering that his daughter, Ellie, had been featured in a vlog without her consent and in an obviously uncomfortable situation.

Ejercito is exploring legal options against vlogger Crist Briand for taking videos of his 13-year-old daughter Ellie. She is his daughter with actress Andi Eigenmann.

He explicitly called out Briand, asking him to take down his post. He expressed, “There is a video of Ellie – a minor – that was recorded and posted without her consent. ‘Influencers’ need to recognize their boundaries. Creating content for clicks and views should never come at the cost of someone else’s privacy. @Crist Briand take it down immediately.”

The video has been deleted, however, he still asked the people to report the page of the vlogger, who, as per him, was an “irresponsible clout chaser.”

Recently, Andi also addressed the issue. She expressed that using a minor for content shows that it is “disrespectful” and “exploitative.” She firmly added that her daughter was not okay with it and was uncomfortable.

“Build your platform on integrity! Don’t use our daughter for clout!” Andi expressed.

She also shared a comment from a netizen who agreed with their stand as parents. What the vlogger did accordingly opened a window for others to write lewd things about the minor, and her father, posting her on social media, is not the same as when he did it as a grown person, sharing it for clout.

On top of the situation, he also did not ask for parental consent.
