Javi Benitez was asked about the recent controversy about his father Albee Benitez
Negros Occidental 3rd District Representative Javi Benitez had this short response when asked about the controversy between his parents Albee Benitez and Nikki Benitez that involved actress Ivana Alawi.
The rumors linking Ivana and Albee resurfaced because of the VAWC complaint affidavit of Nikki in which she said that her estranged husband had an illicit relationship with the Kapamilya actress.
Aside from Ivana, Nikki also mentioned showbiz personalities Andrea del Rosario and Daisy Reyes because allegedly Albee is the father of their daughters.
Albee Benitez, the newly elected Bacolod City Lone District Representative, debunked the accusation against him made by his estranged wife. He also stressed that involving Ivana Alawi in this issue was “unsettling.”
In this issue, Ivana was defended by social media personality Xian Gaza who slammed Nikki Benitez. He stressed that Albee and Nikki had long been separated and that the latter was given P15 million worth of properties.

When he was told that it was about his parents and that it had been a trending topic, he just said, “Ooh okay. Nag-viral ba?”
When asked for his formal response to this issue, he answered, “Wew… walang statement.” Bilyonaryo stated that Ivana was also asked to give her response on the issue but her camp refused to give a statement.
