Home Rental Business Slams ‘Dugyot’ Guests Over Disrespectful Behavior
A home rental business shared its disappointment after some guests caused major trouble at one of their units.
Recently, the Facebook page “Amorize Haven” shared about an upsetting experience with disrespectful guests. The post quickly went viral and gathered various reactions from the online community.
Despite sending clear house rules and building regulations beforehand, the guests showed little respect. They lied about the number of people staying, saying there would only be four guests, but in reality, thirteen individuals were inside the unit.

Neighbors reported loud noise, and despite a strict no-smoking policy, cigarette butts and a strong smell were left behind.
The guests left a big mess, with piles of dirty dishes, leftover food, and even damaged beddings. They also stole towels and a decorative golden figurine, something they even admitted to. Worse, they used home decorations as cleaning rags and threw mats into the trash. The unit was left extremely dirty, causing a lot of stress for the owners.
Additionally, they violated the building’s pool rules, risking a huge fine, which the management had to step in to resolve. They also failed to return the access card, putting a security deposit at risk.

The guests were also disrespectful on handling the situation. After apologizing at first, they later became hostile, sending multiple messages, spreading lies online, and even harassing the staff and property managers.
They crossed the line by making threats and wishing harm on the owner’s family.
The rental business made it clear that they were only standing up for their team and property. They reminded everyone that providing clean and welcoming spaces takes hard work, and all they ask in return is simple respect.
