Real Estate Broker Board Exam Result April 2025 – PRC is set to release the REBLE results within two working days after the last day of exams.     

The Professional Regulation Commission states that Real Estate Broker Board Exam Result April 2025 includes the REBLE list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools. 

PRC Board of Real Estate Service Ofelia C. Binag, its chairman, and Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar Torres-Banaag, its members administered the licensure examinations on April 22, 2025. 

The Real Estate Broker licensure examinations have been held at NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban. 

REBLE Results April 2025 are expected to be released on April 24, 2025, according to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2025.”      

However, the Real Estate Broker board examinees should expect that REBLE Results might be released earlier or later than the expected date.

REBLE Registration Requirements      

• Notice of Admission (NOA)      

• Duly accomplished Oath Form      

• 2 pcs – Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag      

• 2 sets – Documentary Stamps      

• 1 pc – Short Brown Envelope      

REBLE takers are instructed to visit PRC’s official website and go to the verification page to check the board examination results and their passing rate.    

Real Estate Broker board examinees will be asked to provide their application number, full name, date of birth, exam name, and date of examination.      

To guarantee their attendance, all successful examinees who are interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register at http://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN on the day before the oath-taking.
