Kathryn’s first crush is named “Kenneth,” and he was her classmate back in 2nd grade. She said, “Yung first ever crush ko, Grade 2 ako noon sa probinsya. Mestizo. Kapag crush ko, mas lalo kong hindi kinakausap. Name niya, Kenneth.”
People online were able to find out who this man was, and his full name is Kenneth Hizon. He is a doctor now from Nueva Ecija, and people online gushed about him. He’s become a trending topic online following the confession, and recently, he spoke about it.

According to him, he felt elated and overwhelmed at the same time, referring to the sudden buzz that surrounded his name. The time it broke online, he was on duty, and his friends were tagging him on the video.
He recalled that they were classmates since nursery at the Christian Faith Montessori, and then they transferred to different schools. He added, “Tas simula noon, di ko lang maalala kung hanggang grade 1 o grade 2 kami magkaklase.”
But what he can remember is that she had always stood out. She was a bright kid, one can easily determine, and even at a young age, he can remember how she had always been pretty.
He was unsure at first whether he was really the “Kenneth” she was talking about.
In the interview, he candidly admitted that she was his first crush as well.
