MELAI CANTIVEROS – Actress-host Melai Cantiveros brought the laughs and the tuba as she celebrated her birthday with a hilarious rum calendar-inspired photoshoot that’s equal parts witty and wild.
Melai Cantiveros celebrated her 37th birthday in true Melai fashion — with humor, heart, and a whole lot of fun. The comedienne and television host marked the occasion by sharing a playful photoshoot inspired by classic rum calendar post ers on her Instagram page, much to the amusement of her fans and celebrity friends.
In the hilarious post, Melai poked fun at herself, jokingly comparing her poses to those of actresses Kathryn Bernardo and Ivana Alawi. “Akala nyu @bernardokath and @ivanaalawi kayu lang magaling sa ganitu na posing???????? . Tama ang akala nyu kayu lang tlaga kasi pangit ng kalabasan ko dtu hahahaha,” she wrote, adding laughing emojis to keep the mood light.
Sporting a glass of tuba (a traditional Filipino coconut wine), Melai further leaned into the theme with a caption that read, “This is my Birthday Bash Post , totoong bash tlaga makukuha ko dtu.” She then gave a shoutout to her loyal fans and fellow moms, saying, “Shout out jan sa mga Kuantie and mga Momshie na ready ang Tuba at Bahalina sa Bday na may kasamang chismisan pa.”

Aside from her viral birthday shoot, Melai is currently making waves as co-host of Pilipinas Got Talent on ABS-CBN, alongside Robi Domingo.
