The first evictees of this season of Pinoy Big Brother are Kapamilya star AC Bonifacio and Kapuso star Ashley Ortega, a celebrity duo.
The first evictees of “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition Collab” are AC Bonifacio and Ashley Ortega, the celebrity duo. They were nominated along with duos Ralph De Leon-Michael Sager and Will Ashley-River Joseph.
This Saturday, the results were in, and the AC-Ashley duo received the lowest percentage of votes to be saved. However, before Ashley got evicted, she received a letter of reconciliation from her mother.
Here’s the official result:
- Ashley and AC – 17.25%
- Will and River – 36.87%
- Michael and Ralph – 45.89%
Previously, Ashley became emotional after being nominated. The pain and hurt from being nominated to be evicted and the other struggles she is going through have prompted her to be emotional in front of Kuya.
She wanted to prove something to herself and to her mother, whom she’s not been on speaking terms with for a long time. She was casting doubts on herself about why she can’t seem to make it despite trying hard. The expectation she also set for herself has added to the heavy emotions she felt.
“Kahit mahirap kuya gusto kong patunayan sa sarili ko na kaya ko,” she expressed.
As for AC, she has been one of the most talked about housemates this season. One of the reasons why she joined the reality show was to feed her curiosity, as she had watched the previous seasons of this show.
A lot of housemates also claimed to have learned a lot while inside the house, and this was the part of her that she wanted to feed, something for her growth. She also wanted to open herself more to the people and show more of herself as a person, not just a celebrity.
