Regarding the case of Duterte, according to government records, there were at least 6,200 suspects killed in police operations from June 2016 to November 2021. However, several human rights groups have refuted this and claimed that the number could have gotten as high as 30,000 due to unreported related killings.

Based on the recent report, Duterte is now out of the hospital wing of the ICC facility and was transferred to regular detention. He was comfortable, according to Vice President Sara Duterte, and they were extracting all efforts to get him out and bring him back to the country.

They are building the legal team to achieve their goal, and they would prefer to have someone with ICC experience join the team.
