Ogie Diaz talked about the issue involving Moira dela Torre
Singer-songwriter Moira dela Torre was absent during the 30th anniversary celebration of Kapamilya musical variety show ASAP and talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared what his source revealed about this.
These past few weeks Moira became a trending topic on social media because of certain issues. Allegedly, Cornerstone Entertainment let go of her as an artist because of an attitude problem.
Then, some Cornerstone artists unfollowed her on Instagram. In an interview, actor-singer Sam Milby, who is also being managed by Cornerstone, revealed that he is no longer friends with Moira. He did not reveal the reason but he said it was personal.
Allegations surfaced that Moira spread fake stories about Sam. A claim surfaced that the Paubaya singer was spreading stories that something intimate happened between her and the actor.
Amid this issue, Moira dela Torre remained silent but in one of her gigs, she encouraged her fans not to believe fake news.
During the 30th anniversary of ASAP in which Moira has become a part for a long time, her absence was so noticeable. At one point, netizens took notice of Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez’s joke to Sam Milby, saying, “We’re not friends anymore.”
After this, rumors surfaced that the reason why Moira was not included in the 30th anniversary of ASAP was that she said negative things about Regine.
In a recent episode of Showbiz Update, Ogie Diaz’s YouTube talk show, they discussed this issue about Moira. Another allegation was that other Kapamilya singers would not attend the celebration if Moira was there.
Ogie shared that his source revealed that some singers would not want to be with Moira. “Ayaw nilang makasama si Moira,” Ogie shared. His co-host Mama Loi asked who these singers are who do not want to be with Moira, he said that these are singers who are in ASAP.
Allegedly, Moira created issues or had side comments against these singers. Mama Loi asked if this has something to do with Moira’s issue with Cornerstone. Ogie shared that it was said that the entertainment company tried to fix the issue.
“Kasi noon, ipinilit pa raw ng Cornerstone na maayos, kaya lang hindi na raw maayos ang ganoong behavior ni Moira,” the talent manager-vlogger said about Moira dela Torre.
