The shear line will bring similar weather conditions over Batanes and Babuyan Islands in Northern Luzon.

The easterlies will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Asahan din po natin, magiging mainit at maalinsangan ang ating tanghali hanggang hapon na may tsansa ng mga localized thunderstorms pagdating sa hapon at sa gabi,” Dominguez explained.

The weather agency has warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides in affected areas due to moderate to heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

PAGASA is monitoring a low-pressure area is being monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility. It has a slim chance of developing into a tropical cyclone.
