Recently, the Facebook page Anti-Noise Crusaders Of the Philippines Inc. shared the post and expressed an opinion regarding the elderly woman’s unexpected demise. The post elicited various reactions from the netizens.

According to the page, heart attacks can sometimes be triggered by certain conditions, including exposure to loud sounds, which can be risky for individuals with existing heart problems.

When people hear sudden, loud sounds, their bodies react by releasing stress hormones like adrenaline. This makes the heart beat faster and raises blood pressure, which isn’t great for anyone, especially those with heart issues.

On top of that, stress hormones can make blood vessels tighten, making it harder for blood to flow properly. This can be dangerous for people with heart disease, increasing their chances of a heart attack.

Loud noises can also mess with heart rhythms, sometimes causing irregular heartbeats that might be risky for those with heart problems. Long-term exposure to noise pollution like constant traffic or loud workplaces has been linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, and even an increased risk of heart attacks.

For those with heart conditions, it’s important to be mindful of noise levels. While occasional loud sounds won’t harm a healthy person, those with heart issues should be extra careful.
