The shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Romblon, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte.

The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of the Bicol Region.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone will bring similar weather conditions over the Davao Region and the rest of Caraga.

Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

“For Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, inaasahan naman natin ang bahagya hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may mga isolated light rains,” Dominguez explained.

ITCZ will bring similar weather conditions over the rest of Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon will be rough. The eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to rough coastal waters.

The remaining parts of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding water conditions, according to PAGASA.
