The shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Dinagat Islands.
The easterlies will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over Mindanao. The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora.

The shear line will bring partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Palawan and the rest of Visayas.
Amihan will also bring similar weather over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
The weather agency has also raised a gale warning over the northern, western, and eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon and the eastern seaboards of Central and Southern Luzon.
2.8 to 5-meter waves are expected in these areas due to rough to very rough surrounding sea conditions, according to PAGASA.
