A green card also known as a Permanent Resident Card, is a document issued by the U.S. government to an eligible individual to allow him or her permanent resident status. This allows people to live and work in the US indefinitely and provides a pathway to becoming US citizens.
A green card and a visa are different things and the estranged husband of Aiai Delas Alas is a green card holder. She petitioned for Sibayan’s green card as she is already a green card holder.
When Aiai confirmed her separation from Sibayan through an interview, she expressed that she would not request to revoke the United States green card of her ex-husband. However, after discovering and proving that he cheated on her, it looked like something about this stand of hers had changed.
In a previous article, Aiai shared a post about a “cheater” and a “mistress” which sparked speculations online. She confirmed that the post was referring to her husband whose mistress is also a Pinay.
She made this detail public and there have been comments from people online encouraging her to change her mind about not doing anything with his green card that was made possible because of her. The comedienne made intriguing responses to the comments.
According to her, the mistress was the same as his age, and she even responded “next time” to one comment encouraging her to have a face reveal of the mistress and a video of his actual infidelity.
AiAi has been a green card holder since 2015 which means she’s a lawful permanent resident of the United States. She petitioned him after they got married in 2017.
Regarding the separation, one of Gerald’s reasons was his desire to have children. However, the actress who is now 60 years old, could no longer naturally conceive a baby. They tried a couple of times to conceive through IVF but they failed. They lost two of their three embryos.
