Female Blogger Seeks Help to Support Fellow Patient’s Dialysis
A female blogger is currently seeking help to support a man’s dialysis treatment and medication.
Recently, Irene E. Eleuterio, a Facebook user, is reaching out to the public for assistance in helping a man struggling to fund his dialysis treatments and medications. The post garnered various reactions from the online community,
The man, Harold Epe, 31, from Brgy. 12 in Bacolod City, Negros Occiental, has been undergoing dialysis three times a week for the past seven months. Alongside his kidney condition, he also faces heart problems, making the frequent treatments necessary for his survival.

Despite these challenges, Epe wishes to support himself by resuming his e-bike transport services. However, the vehicle’s battery has failed, leaving him unable to earn.
Epe’s mother, who works at a small eatery earning P300 a day, has been the sole provider. The cost of dialysis alone, including additional charges for supplies not covered by insurance, reaches 700 pesos per session. Transportation and food further strain their finances.
Irene shared how Epe confided in her about his struggles, expressing his desire to continue his thrice-weekly treatments, which have greatly improved his health. Epe’s breathing and appetite have improved, and he feels stronger.

However, he cannot sustain these treatments due to limited resources. The blogger appealed to kind-hearted individuals for help, aiming to raise P8,000 for an e-bike battery to enable Epe to start working again.
Eleuterio emphasized that even small contributions can make a huge difference. Donations are being collected through GCash to fund this cause.
