Australian Woman Who Claims She’s Half-Sister of Marcos Jr. Face Charges in Sydney
HALF-SISTER OF MARCOS – The Australian woman who claims that she is the half-sister of the Philippine President is sued in Syndey due to airport violation.
The Marcos family is one of the most popular political clans in the Philippines. Thus, it will surely come as a surprise to many Filipinos if the current president, Pres. Bongbong Marcos, actually has a half-sibling.
The Marcoses are undeniably part of the Philippine history. The late former Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Sr. has served as the chief executive of the country for around two (2) decades before he was ousted through the EDSA People Power Revolution.
Ever since, it is known that Marcos Sr. and his wife, former First Lady Imelda Marcos, have three (3) children – Senator Imee Marcos, Pres. Bongbong Marcos, and Irene Marcos. There were not much reports about them having a half-sibling.
However, what may surprise many Filipinos is that an Australian woman claims that she is the half-sister of Marcos Jr. Based on a report on Inquirer, the Aussie was identified as Analisa Josefa Corr who recently appeared in a court in Sydney, Australia due to airport violations.
Analisa and her husband, James Alexander Corr reportedly had a scuffle with another airline passenger and they were found to be drunk. She appeared before the court and vowed to not commit the same violation when she is at the airport or inside the plane while she is on bail.
Based on the report, the 53-year-old Aussie claimed that she is the daughter the late former Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Sr. with an Australian model, Evelin Hegyesi, in the 1970s. Pres. Bongbong Marcos denied the reports about her relationship with his late father as “rumors”.
Reportedly, Analisa’s second name, Josefa, is the first name of the mother of the late former Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Sr. The late former President is the son of Josefa Edralin and Mariano Marcos.
