The alleged infidelity and physical abuse of Eumir Marcial was revealed by his wife.
Princess Galarpe Marcial, the wife of Tokyo Olympic bronze medalist Eumir Marcial, has revelations about the athlete.
“I caught Eumir having an affair in October last year. I, along with my sister, have personally caught them inside an Airbnb condominium in Pasay where we had them both arrested at a police station. Eumir and his mistress both had to be temporarily detained for 5 days.”
This was just a small part of the post of Princess Galarpe Marcial, the wife of Tokyo Olympic bronze medalist Eumir Marcial. Marcial’s wife of four years came out with shocking revelations in a lengthy Facebook post accusing him of trauma, manipulation, emotional stress, physical abuse, and psychological torment that she had to endure.
She filed a case against Eumir for what she described as a “sickening love affair”. She caught them red-handed in a Pasay condominium. He was with a woman named Jessa Santos which occurred a few months after his 2024 Paris Olympics journey ended.
Five days after they were detained, they were freed after she signed an affidavit of resistance withdrawing the complaint in hopes that they could still work it out.
“As his wife, I felt then that I still owe Eumir the responsibility to forgive him,” said Princess. However, the situation got worse. Eumir and his mistress went back to Zamboanga to build a house using the money from their joint bank account.
“Apparently, he withdrew all our savings and used the money to construct a house for him and his mistress in Zamboanga. I also have friends who have personally seen them together.”
She recounted the threats she received from him including the time when he told her she would not let her get anything from their separation.
“I had to sever all sources of communication with him after all the trauma, manipulation, emotional stress, physical abuse, and psychological torment that I had to endure,” she added.
