Senators, First Lady Liza Marcos Watch Highest-Grossing Film Hello, Love, Again
First Lady Liza Marcos and several senators watched the VIP screening of the phenomenal film “Hello, Love, Again”.
This year saw the Filipino film that has earned over 1 billion of gross income and set record even in the international movie industry. Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richard’s Hello, Love, Again has greatly hooked the Filipinos.
Hello, Love, Again is the much-awaited sequel of the 2019 film Hello, Love, Goodbye. The previous film was the top-grossing Filipino movie until January of this year. Both films are under the direction of blockbuster hit-maker director Cathy Garcia-Sampana.
The HLA featured the continuation of the life and love story of Ethan, played by Alden, and Joy, the role of Kathryn. It quenched the thirst of millions of HLG fans who, for years, was eager to know what happened to the two (2) characters in the future.
The gross and achievements of KathDen’s Hello, Love, Again make a huge record in the Philippine film industry. Recently, a VIP screening of the phenomenal film was held and it was graced by the presence of First Lady Liza Marcos.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, aside from First Lady Liza Marcos, the VIP screening of Hello, Love, Again also invited Senator Pia Cayetano, Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, Sen. Grace Poe, and Senate President Chiz Escudero.
ABS-CBN CEO and president Carlo Katigbak, Chairman Mark Lopez, COO Cory Vidanes, ABS-CBN Films managing director Kris Gazmen and GMA executives headed by GMA7’s senior vice president Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes were also invited at the VIP screening.
Hello, Love, Again lead stars Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards were also present at the VIP screening of their hit movie. Based on the report, the VIP screening was held in a premium mall in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
As of early December, the gross income of the HLA has already hit the P1.4 billion mark, making it the first film to achieve such huge income. The movie has become the top-grossing movie in the Philippine entertainment industry in just 10 days since it was released in cinemas.
Kathryn stepped up into more mature roles in her portrayal of Joy Marie Fabregas in HLA and she earned countless praises and admiration. Alden has also captured the crowd with his excellent portrayal of Ethan del Rosario. While the Hello, Love, Goodbye was shot mostly in Hong Kong, the HLA was taped mostly in Canada except for some back stories.
Several cast members of the Hello, Love, Again most especially Joross Gamboa whose acting prowess shined in the film also earned the praises of the public. Countless people expressed admiration on how Joross’ portrayal of his character, Jim who is Ethan’s best friend, brought a light atmosphere to several scenes.
