Amid the Controversy, Maris Racal Breaks her Silence on Issue w/ Anthony Jennings, Jam Villanueva
MARIS RACAL – The actress who is now the center of controversy in showbiz said that Anthony Jennings claimed that he’s single.
Countless people were shocked when the now ex-girlfriend of actor Anthony Jennings, Jamela Villanueva, posted screenshots of the private messages between the actor and actress Maris Racal. It earned the two (2) celebrities countless criticisms and sparked talks about the possible violation committed by the ex-GF of the actor.
Based on the social media posts of Jam, things between Anthony and Maris started when he applied a “method acting” to his loveteam partner. The ex-GF of Anthony claimed he supported the two (2) celebrities considering that her then-boyfriend was just starting in his career.
However, Jam claimed that things became deeper and deeper between Maris and Anthony and he would lie to her about his whereabouts when he was actually with Maris. The ex-girlfriend of the actor has posted not just one but several screenshots of the conversation between Anthony and Maris.
The social media posts of Jamela Villanueva showed that Anthony Jennings and Maris Racal cheated on her. Recently, the actress broke her silence and made claims about her side of the story.
In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News, Maris was emotional as she claimed that she wants to take accountability and stressed that she is speaking from the heart. According to her, it was last June when things between her and Anthony started.
Maris Racal claimed that Anthony Jennings was very sweet to her in the set. According to her, he would even tell her closest people that he’s single and that is why she acted in a certain way around him.
“Nahulog din ‘yung loob ko. He would be very sweet to me, he would be such a gentle man to me, he would say things to me… He would tell all the people who were close to me that he was single… In the eyes of the people (in the set), we were both single,” the actress claimed.
According to Maris, she was shocked when Jamela posted the screenshots of their conversation and she read it over and over again. The actress claimed that it was only then that she was able to complete the puzzle and find out that Anthony and Jam have not really broken up contrary to what she claims she thought.
“Kaya pala hindi siya makapag-release ng statement dahil sila pa pala those whole entire time,” Maris said.
Maris Racal claimed that she has reached out to Jamela Villanueva but there was no response. She stressed that she is an imperfect woman and she has worked her for her career as she admitted that she does not know where she is heading now. During the interview, the actress affirmed that she will continue regardless of the situation.
Amid the issue, Dazzle Me ended their partnership with Maris.
