Netizen Amazed After Trying to Carry Taho Vendor’s Heavy Buckets
A male netizen shared an eye-opening moment after trying to carry the buckets used by a taho vendor in his area.
Recently, Benjie Tech, a Facebook user, shared about his experience and how it left him with newfound respect for the hard work these vendors do daily. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Curious about how heavy the buckets were, Benjie asked the vendor, Mang Raddy, if he could give it a shot. To his surprise, the buckets were far heavier than he had imagined.

He was amazed at how Mang Raddy, a 62-year-old who has been selling taho for 32 years, could walk around for hours under any weather with such a load and still manage to keep a smile on his face.
The taho vendor was able to send his kids to college through his dedication to selling taho as proof of his hard work and determination.
The experience made him reflect on how everyone carries their own burdens, some far heavier than they let on.

“This morning i asked Mang Raddy if i can carry his buckets coz i’ve always been curious about how much they weigh. And to my surprise, they were so much heavier than i imagined! They’re so heavy i was amazed (and shocked) how he can walk around for hours everyday, rain or shine with a smile on his face. This man is 62yrs old and has been selling for 32yrs. What’s even more admirable is that he’s able to put his kids through college from selling Taho.
It’s true that you can never really know what someone is going through until you walk in their shoes. I have been dealing with some heavy stuff the past few weeks and he just made me realize how much more weight other people are carrying. This man is so much stonger than i am! Thank you for this lesson Mang Raddy! It was exactly what i needed.”
