Grab Rider Saves Portion of Chicken Joy for His Child’s Birthday
HEARTWARMING GESTURE – A Grab rider has touched many hearts online after saving a part of his Chicken Joy meal for his child’s birthday.
Recently, the Facebook page “Parehas News Publishing/Pinoy in Action” shared photos of a Grab rider who saved a part of his Chicken Joy meal for his child’s birthday. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, the rider can be seen eating at a Jollibee in Norzagaray, Bulacan. People nearby noticed that he only ate a tiny portion of his chicken, which seemed odd. Curious, they asked why he left most of it untouched.
The driver opened up, saying he wanted to save the chicken to bring home to his child. He admitted he couldn’t shake the thought of her having only a boiled egg for lunch at home, while he was enjoying Jollibee. It was her birthday, and this would be her treat.
Hearing his story, some kind strangers decided to make his day by ordering two extra Chicken Joy meals for him to take home. The rider thanked them, knowing his child would be thrilled with the surprise.
Her one birthday wish was to enjoy Jollibee Chicken, and these strangers made it come true. Many people praise the driver for his thoughtfulness and the strangers for their kindness.

“Isang grab driver ang nakasabay naming Kumain sa isang Jollibee sa bayan ng Norzagaray Bulacan.Nagtaka kami bakit sobrang liit lang kinain nya sa manok.
Kami: Kuya bakit Ang liit ang liit ng kinain mo at sobrang laki ng tinira mo pa yata?
Manong Grab driver: Naalala ko Kase anak ko,Ako kumakain ng manok samantalang anak ko ay iniwanan ko na Ang ulam ay nilagang itlog lang.Tinira ko na lang ito sa kanya para makatikim naman Siya ng manok ulit sa Jollibee.
Kami: Ganun po ba kaya binalot mo pa Yung natira mo?
Manong driver: Opo,di sana Ako kakain Dito kaya lang gutom Nako at birthday Niya ngayon.
Kami: Umorder ng dalawang CI sa Jollibee at binigay Kay Manong grab at sinabi na happy birthday po sa anak mo
Manong grab driver: Naku maraming maraming salamat po at sobrang saya tiyak Ng anak ko dahil wish niya Kase ngayon Jollibee Chicken.
