The Bicol region is one of those that was left devastated by severe tropical storm Kristine. The flooding in Naga City as well as the strong winds destroyed many vehicles in Camella Subdivision as the cars were swept off in one corner causing them to bump against each other.
The flood water also entered a shopping mall and forced the evacuees inside the building to move to the second floor of the mall. During the onslaught of the typhoon, the flood reached roof-level in low-lying areas and left many Filipinos stuck in their roof to evade the flood water.

The national government assured help for the typhoon victims. Pres. Bongbong Marcos also declared November 4 as national day of mournings for “Kristine” victims.
