Supetran later informed the police that Kobayashi had pointed a firearm at both her and their infant. Following his arrest, authorities discovered that the content creator was in possession of unlicensed firearms.

Kobayashi now faces multiple charges, including grave threats, violation of the gun ban, and violations under the Women and Children’s Act (RA 9262) and the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act (RA 10591).

LakasTama was arrested not because he was setup by the wife & police, but because tinutukan niya ng bar*l sa ulo yung anak niyang 6 months old. Nasa akin ang mismong video. So please, stop the bullshit. Stop bashing the wife. He deserve makulong,” said Xian Gaza.
