Following the announcement of Atty. Stephen David on the supposed mayoralty comeback of Guo, the Comelec assured that they will release a decision on the misrepresentation complaint against Guo before October 30.

David stressed that the petition to cancel the Birth Certificate of his client may take long. According to him, only the Court can prevent Guo from running for a government office as there are still no results on the cases against her.
