These include Tokyo Olympics gold medalist weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz and bronze medalist boxer Eumir Marcial, who both serve in the Air Force, and boxer Nesthy Petecio, a two-time Olympic medalist currently serving in the Philippine Coast Guard.

In his message, Philippine Navy Flag Officer In Command Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr., conveyed through MGen.
