Working together as husband and wife in the series “Lavender Fields” are Jericho Rosales and Janine Gutierrez. But unlike their complicated marriage in the series, they have this blossoming romance in between them in real life.
Based on a previous article, Jericho revealed he’s dating Janine. He got himself fond of her as she was amazing, sweet, kind, funny, and a dedicated actress.
In the interview with Davila, he shared that he did not see it coming for himself to date the actress. Davila expressed that she interviewed Gutierrez already and she must say that she has this kind of beauty and purity that set her apart. The actor reacted and agreed to the purity part as he actually initially thought that she was just 24 years old.
In defense, he was told that she was just 24 but when he researched about it, he quipped, “Pwede pala”. She is 34 years old while he is 44.
In the same interview, he shared their first day and that was when he invited her to do script reading with him over coffee. In his head, she’s the only person then he hasn’t worked with, and she accepted the invite.
They were in this coffee shop when he took out his iPad which amused her, she started laughing. Long story short, six hours later they were still talking and the script reading did not happen.
“It ended up with Japanese food at 3 PM and then she went to her lola,” he shared based on the interview. This was the moment when he felt something. It was after realizing that he could easily spend six hours with her just talking.
