Vocal Duterte Supporter Reacts To Drilling Operations in KOJC Compound
Duterte supporter Sass Rogando Sasot asked President Bongbong Marcos on what the government really wants to do to the KOJC compound.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) is doing an intensified search operation at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City for more than a week now. The authorities are in the pursuit to locate Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.
Complaints were filed against Quiboloy not only in the Philippines but as well as in the United States of America. However, the founder and leader of KOJC snubbed the senate invitation for a hearing leading to him being cited in contempt and facing an arrest order.
However, even amid the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) announcing a reward money on the information about Quiboloy, the Pastor remains at large. Only a co-accused of the Pastor was arrested in Davao City.
Vice Pres. Sara Duterte believes that Pastor Apollo Quiboloy may have left the KOJC compound. His legal counsel, Attorney Israelito Torreon, also has the same belief. Vice Pres. Duterte even jested that Quiboloy is in heaven now.
The members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ church are against the moves of the authorities but Atty. Torreon previously stressed that they were cooperative with the authorities.
Recently, the Court of Appeals extended the Freeze Order on the assets of Pastor Quiboloy and the KOJC. The freeze order on the bank accounts and properties under the name of the Pastor and the church is extended until February 2025.
Recently, a vocal Duterte supporter, Sass Rogando Sasot, shared on social media photos showing the drilling operations of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the KOJC compound. The authorities believe that there is a bunkyard inside the compound where the Pastor may be hiding.
In another post, the Duterte supporter raised a question for Pres. Bongbong Marcos. She asked what the government really wants to do at the KOJC compound. In her post, she also asked if the PNP did their own tunnel since they allegedly found none.
“Pinadala ito ng isa sa mga pulis. I cropped the pic to protect the identity. Bongbong Marcos ano ba gusto nyo talagang gawin sa KOJC compound? Walang mahanap na tunnel kaya kayo na ang gumawa?“
Previously, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte apologized to the KOJC members for seeking support for Marcos during the 2022 Elections period. She claimed that she was on a mistaken belief on unity and continuity.
