Actress-reporter Dianne Medina walks down the memory lane and could not help but compare the tuition fee then and now.
We can all relate to the part where we will stop amid cleaning the house after seeing something from the past. This will immediately take you back and with the memories rushing to your mind. Recently, while cleaning their old house, actress-reported Dianne Medina found something that made her walk down the memory lane.
In an Instagram story, she shared some snaps of what she found and saw how much her parents paid when she was just in nursery.
As reflected, her tuition fee back then in Holy Spirit School year 1991 was worth Php 2,521.50 only. She was amused as to how cheap the tuition fee back then and could not help but compare it to her son now who is in Nursery 2.
At the present time, her son Joaquin is in Nursery 2 and his tuition fee is at Php 170k which made lots of jaw drop. Due to inflation, the costs soared. Many people online reacted to this and they were in disbelief as it cost them this much to send a little child to nursery.
However, there were also several factors to consider contributing to the cost apart from the inflation which include the type of school he’s attending and among others.
