Here’s what Paolo Contis said about his estranged children.
Kapuso actor Paolo Contis has this to say after refusing to talk about his children with Liaz Paz and LJ Reyes.
Former couple Paolo Contis and Lian Paz got married in 2009 and separated in 2012. They have two daughters. Previously, the annulment case Liaz filed was withdrawn due to lack of evidence. However, she remains hopeful that one day, this will be finally pushed through.
On the other hand, Paolo and actress LJ Reyes started dating in 2015 and got separated six years after. They have one daughter named Summer and it was a bad breakup. Reyes, up until now, is still in New York as she flew there after they got separated. They outgrew each other and as per the rumors, the split was due to a third party and money issues.
It’s been years since he saw his children with his former partners and recently, when asked about them, the actor refused to speak.
Amid all the issues regarding his personal life, what he learned is not to speak anything about it publicly as it did nothing but just make matters more complicated. He realized that when he stopped talking about it, the clamors lessened, and he did better things to fix the issues.
“Pero sa totoo lang, simula nung nananahimik ako, mas maganda yung nagagawa ko for my… for all the issues that I have to fix. Mas naaayos ko siya nang hindi nagsasalita,” he said
Meanwhile, after A Journey, Contis is reuniting again with Patrick Garcia and Kaye Abad in another project which will be shot in Cebu. Joining them are Empoy Marquez and Kit Thompson.
This story is about a mother whose child were taken away from her by her powerful husband. To get near the child, she and her friends planned to do something which included some pretensions. According to Abad, this is not the usual story about broken families where a mother forbids the child to see his father.
