NBI, Sandro Muhlach Go to DOJ For Complaint Filing
SANDRO MUHLACH – Together with the NBI, the son of Niño Muhlach filed a formal complaints versus GMA-7 contractors Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz.
One of the issues that hooked the attention of the Senate is the issue involving the eldest son of Niño Muhlach and two (2) independent contractors of GMA-7, Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz.
Prior to Sandro Muhlach filing a complaint before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the GMA-7 network, rumors that a young talent of the Sparkle Management was taken advantage of by two (2) executives of the Kapuso network surfaced.
Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz were named as the accused in the complaint of the son of Niño Muhlach. The GMA-7 said they are “independent contractors”.
Meanwhile, although they are independent contractors, the Kapuso network stressed that Nones and Cruz are still bound to follow the Code of Conduct upheld by the network. They are placed under suspension amid the investigation.
Niño Muhlach was in tears at the Senate hearing when he recalled how traumatized his son was over the alleged incident. The Muhlach family is determined to fight for justice over what was allegedly done to the young actor.
Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz strongly deny the allegations of Sandro. At the second Senate hearing, they admitted that they apologized to his father but they maintained that they did nothing wrong to Sandro.
One of the GMA-7 contractors accused by Sandro Muhlach was recently rushed to the hospital. Their lawyer expressed that Nones and Cruz were under severe stress since they were named and their photos were posted online.
Recently, Sandro Muhlach filed a formal complaint versus the two (2) independent contractors of GMA-7 before the Department of Justice. Based on a report on GMA News, he was accompanied by the NBI at the DOJ.
Niño Muhlach was also present when his son filed a formal complaint against Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz. Based on the report, Attorney Czarina Raz is confident that they have a strong evidence on the claims of Sandro.
For his part, Sandro is reportedly confident that the truth will come out. Niño expressed his thanks to everyone who supports his son in his pursuit for justice. He stressed that it is relieving on his part that they got to the filing of the formal complaint as it is heavy for him to see his son struggling.
“Parang nakaluwang-luwang na sa dibdib dahil umabot na tayo sa araw na ito. Ang bigat kasi nakikita mo ‘yung anak mo araw-araw na nag-susuffer,” Niño said.
