Actress and former beauty queen Alyssa Muhlach talked about supporting her cousin Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach amid his legal battle against GMA contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.
Sandro received full support from his family after he complained about the harassment he allegedly experienced from Nones and Cruz. The 23-year-old actor officially filed a complaint against his alleged abusers.
Amid this issue, Sandro received support from the online community. Netizens showed sympathy for him and wished that he will have the justice he deserves.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Alyssa Muhlach shared an update about Sandro Muhlach. Her mom Almira Muhlach, and Sandro’s dad, seasoned actor Niño Muhlach are first cousins.
She said that right now, Sandro and her Tito Nino haven’t released a statement yet but they already have a lawyer and they will release a statement soon. The actress also said that everyone in their family showed support for Sandro.
“And we are standing, the entire Muhlach clan, is here to support Sandro and to stand by him,” Alyssa said. On the other hand, she said that she can’t divulge anything that Sandro has been doing to fight for his rights or the things he does to recover from what happened.
All she can say right now is that they are supporting Sandro to have the justice that is due to him.
In a message to PEP, Nino said that their family is in agony. He said that they need the support that they could ever receive. The seasoned actor also asked for prayers that they could have enough strength to face this difficult time in their family.
It was reported yesterday that a Senate hearing will be held to discuss the issue between Sandro Muhlach and the complaint he filed against Nones and Cruz.
