Alleged perpetrators want Sandro Muhlach complaint dismissed.
SANDRO MUHLACH – Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz want the complaint of the Kapuso young actor against them dismissed.
GMA independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Dode Cruz are currently under hot waters after getting involved in an issue. Kapuso young actor Sandro Muhlach filed complaints against them with the official reason undisclosed but according to reports, these two contractors did something traumatic to the actor after an event inside a hotel room.
The text message of Muhlach to Nones has been revealed which accordingly contradicts the evidence presented by the actor as per Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque. They already received the formal complaint and reportedly, they are going to seek for the dismissal of the complaint.
They are seeking for this as the evidence was not supported. Abraham-Garduque stressed that the allegations are contrary to the proof. From the statement, the actor sworn that he was lured to the room, a contradiction to the text message, which makes him carry the burden of proof.
Her clients, Nones and Cruz, are to look for more evidence to be included in their formal answer. They were given five days to file it as per the report from Abogado.com.ph.
Apart from the complaint to the network, the actor also filed a complaint before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) but the accused were not named.

Nones is the Television Director and Creative Consultant at the GMA network. He is the head writer of the Kapuso programs such as Mga Lihim ni Urduja, Dear Uge, Agimat ng Agila, and The First Nanny.
Cruz is the Creative Head For Afternoon Prime at the Kapuso network. He is the head writer of shows such as The Half Sisters, Love & Lies, and The World Between Us. He is also the writer and creator of The Cure, Because of You, and many other Kapuso shows.
