Viral Waiter Who Was Forced to Stand for 2 Hours Receives Job Opportunity Abroad
A company abroad is offering a job opportunity for the viral waiter who was forced to stand for two hours.
Recently, Fredrick Cabreros Letigio, a Facebook user, shared a screenshot of a job offering for the viral waiter in Cebu City. The post immediately spread like wildfire on social media and elicited comments from netizens.
The job offer comes after a video showed the waiter being forced to stand for nearly two hours in front of a complaining LGBTQIA+ customer. The netizens were moved by the waiter’s professionalism despite the challenging situation.

The video shows the waiter standing silently in front of writer Jude Bacalso, who was upset over how he was addressed. According to witnesses, other restaurant employees were unable to intervene, as Jude was believed to have connections with the restaurant’s management.
Many people felt that the waiter was unfairly treated and hoped he would find better opportunities elsewhere. As a result, several business owners stepped forward with job offers. Among them was Joel Torres, who offered the waiter a position as a supervisor at his barbershop or even at his travel agency.
Torres praised the waiter’s calm behavior, despite the uncomfortable situation he endured. The most surprising offer came from abroad.

Letigio’s friend, a Filipino expatriate in Greece, who is the CEO of a hotel group, was willing to help the waiter find a job. The Greek hotel’s CEO, known for their support of hardworking individuals, is ready to provide a chance for a new start abroad.
The Good Samaritan from Greece wished to remain anonymous but wanted to provide the waiter with a chance to explore new opportunities abroad.
