Carina PH – Man Stranded In Barge, Another Man Leaps Into Big Flood

Two men were stranded and in dangerous situations due to flood caused by Carina PH.

Serious floods spread across Luzon due to Carina PH and in two different videos, these two men were spotted in dangerous situations.

Carina is now a super typhoon with an international name Gaemi. The continuous monsoon rains brought by enhanced Southwest Monsoon poured over several parts of Luzon in areas such as Metro Manila, Abra, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Ilocos Region, and occasional rains over The rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, Nueva Ecija, and the rest of CALABARZON.

The water continued rising and thousands of people were evacuating. Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson rescued a stranded family and his video circulated online while the house of Ninong Ry was also not spared.

Amid all these misfortunes and more, two videos of two different men emerged online

In the first video, the uploader saw someone jump into the big water uncertain of the reason why he did. No matter what the reason is, the uploader prayed for the man’s safety as the flood waters in Marikina River was too huge and rough and jumping into it set him in a life-and-death situation.

According to the caption, the man had no choice but to jump and from afar, it looked like he got someone or something out of the water.

In another video, a man was spotted on top of a floating barge near the Caruncho Bridge in Brgy. Bagumbayan, Quezon City. He was stranded and residents were calling out to send a rescue to the stranded man.
