Jillian Ward is reaping the result of her successful showbiz career
Kapuso actress Jillian Ward has this reaction to malicious comments thrown at her because she owns luxury cars.
Jillian astonished netizens when she flaunted on social media her high-end vehicles such as Porsche and BMW. At a young age, she was able to buy these expensive cars and she received admiration from many people because of the success she has achieved.
However, some netizens threw malicious comments against her. They accused Jillian of doing something inappropriate in order to own those pricey vehicles.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Jillian Ward highlighted the reason why she was able to afford luxury items. The actress said that she has been working since she was a child and her projects continue over the years.
Jillian’s big TV break came when she was given the chance to be part of the Kapuso show as a child star in The Last Prince in 2010.
Throughout her child star days, she did the Trudis Liit (2010), Jillian: Namamasko Po (2010-2011), Captain Barbell (2011), Daldalita (2011-2012), Biritera (2012), Luna Blanca (2012), Home Sweet Home (2013), One Day Isang Araw (2013), My BFF (2014), Pari ‘Koy (2015), Poor Señorita (2016), Sa Piling Ni Nanay (2016-2017), Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko (2017-2019), and Super Ma’am (2017-2018).
Her project did not slow down when she became a teenager. She starred in My Special Tatay (2018-2019) and Prima Donnas (2019-2022). Jillian’s current TV series is Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap.
With this, Jillian stressed that she has literally been working since she was a child. At two years old, she was already doing endorsement projects.
“I think medyo unfair po siya kasi sana nakikita nila na naka-diaper pa lang ako, nagwo-work na ako [sa TV commercial]. Hindi pa po ako nakapagbabasa, nagwo-work na ako,” the actress said about the malicious comments against her.
Jillian Ward also answered the issue surrounding her extravagant galaxy-themed debut celebration last year. The actress shared that her home network helped her with the expenses. She said that she had been saving for that and good thing that GMA and the company she endorses paid a portion of it.
Jillian said that what she has came from her hard work, from the money she honestly earned. “Parang ang cruel niya po kasi underage ako tapos meron silang mga sinasabi na mga scandalous na mga bagay na wala po talagang basis. Sobrang fake news,” the actress said about the negative comments on her when she was just 16 years old.
